Vision Security and SAI started double and triple billing me after i started there services, i was supposed to get 1 year free and they started billing right away. it started with very small charges that i never noticed which escalated to hundreds of dollars each month which got bigger and bigger. they then played devils advocate stating they didnt know what the other was doing now a few years later they put me in collections for the money they stole from my account.
This company and its partners are a scam do not use them. they promised all kinds of perks and never delivered on a single one. they also claim to be the number 1 security monitoring company in the industry and the sales person sold me on free upgrades every year with the monitoring service to get into my house.
This company will tell you anything you want as an employee or to come on board and signed with them to work for the summer but once you're out of your home state and thousands of miles away they totally change all that was said in agreementS that were made.
they hold money back out of your check every two weeks for accounts that may not pay or become bad accounts. This is a normal practice as that money is paid to you when the season is over and another 30 days has lapsed. The catch is you have to finish the entire season in order to get that money. Vision makes a habit taking very successful cruise in the numbers of 30 to 40 people per state did it work very hard for 4 months in the last month they will let 70 to 80 percent of those people go for many different reasons especially If you have done well and are owed thousands of dollars. An average rep will make around 50,000 during the season, yeah thats right and great reps make ove 100k. The top ten percent ive personally seen make over a quarter of a million. So you can imagine if 20 of that money is held back how much money can be owed. vision will come in one morning and say our expenses are runing to high and the team is not producing enough so we're going to cutanyone who doesn't achieve 5 accounts that week. You could be a wrap (Rep not wrap)it did 15 accounts the week before an average 10 accounts a week and just have a bad week but it gives them a reason to let you go and not finish the summerso all that money that's owed to you they don't have to pay. old as the world is many companies have been doing this for years and years and they get away with it because you agree to it in the beginning not realizing that once you sign on the dotted line can you go with them there's loopholes and they run the show. If they want to get rid of you they can for any reason.
they provide furnished housing for you n you pay for that weekly around 200 dollars it supposed to be reimbursed to you if you finish the summer what they don't tell you is that it doesn't get reimbursed if you don't me a certain quota in that quota can change depending on what corporate decides on a weekly basis.I watched approximately 40 to 60 of the crew be charged double and triple at times for the rent some would get it straightened out and some were just too busy working as we worked 13 to 14 hour days to be able to call in and get it straightened out and they would just wind up having to deal with the loss"
