First off this company has a bogus customer service line that takes and hour to get through to somebody.you really gotta think hard and pay attention. I had found this website my.visionprepaid.com Google.com I guess it was all just a scam. They said I needed to get my social security card birth certificate, bill in my name , drivers license another other proof of who I am... i faxed the info days ago to that fax number, no response. I keep calling customer service and they keep telling me the same thing I get forwarded to the "supervisor" on the floor such b.s she tells me they did not receive the fax. The system doesn't show it ... They said its not there problem to notify me of my account being frozen and until I provide that info along with my greendot moneypack receipts from all loads on the card my money will be frozen ... Is there something I can do. Contact bbb or visa..? Someone tell me something this is so b***
That financial institute definitely has issues somebody needs to sue the fuck out of them just so they can run their business correctly that's usual the only way.
I just called in today about A check that I should have been received from A month ago I called precash about the situation and they was on the phone with me the hold time I spoke with A supervisor for vision premier and they told me my check was never issued.
I told the supervisor my calls are recorded and when I called in 3 weeks ago A supervisor told me my account was closed and could not explain why he stated my account had been closed July 3, 2014 and that my check was sent out on the 7th of july 2014 the supervisor said yes that's correct it's in our notes I spoke with A supervisor name Don.
So my question was why have I not received my refund check the supervisor said the process goes like this we send A ticket to our financial department that issues the refund check once they get the ticket and file it they then send out the check my question is okay so why was it not sent out when I was told by your previous supervisor it was sent out july 7,2014
The supervisor that was on the other end with Prechash said actually his account is till open I can see everything on my end including the notes and the account is still open and the reason why is because he didn't receive his check and their was not one issued.
The supervisor apologized and said that he put in a ticket for rush delivery but it's no guarantee I will receive the check in 2 weeks ....WOW That sucks so now here I am again waiting on my check there will not be A third time If I do not receive it there will be the BBB And A lawsuite.
