The ALINE CARD Website, mycard.adp.com gives employees WRONG INFORMATION about fee-free ATMs. For example, they name the PNC Bank ATM network as being fee-free, but it is not. PNC charges a fee for the use of their ATMs. Unfortunately, there is no website administrator email address available, so anyone encountering this problem cannot alert them to the fact that the website contains erroneous information. I telephoned customer service, and they waived the fee after a 35 minute On-hold wait, but they also warned me that PNC Bank is not a true in-network ATM system for the ALINE CARD. I was told that "some" PNC ATMs will charge a fee, but there is no way to know which ones. If you have the ALINE CARD avoid PNC Bank or else you will pay to get your wages.
