Thinking they were Protection One signed what I thought was a work order. It actually was a five year contract for security monitoring for my home double the price of what I was paying!
The customer service agents on the phone say ""I have you on a recording"" you signed a contract and the only way to get out of the contract will be if you pay 75% of the contract term of 5 years at $50.00 per month!
I am filing a complaint with the Pennsylvania attorney general's office as well as the Better Business bureau and the department of consumer affairs.
They don't care about your security, they care about MONEY! Anyway what kind of company has a contract which ""self renews""...LOL.
