Ordered a shirt from the company's facebook page. Invoiced within SECONDS. I paid it within minutes. A week or two later, I havent received it, so I checked my PayPal statement and saw that a shipping label had been created but had not been mailed. I checked two weeks after that, still NOT SHIPPED I emailed the scammer Tabatha and waited four days before asking for my items on her store facebook page She deleted my comment The next day, I again commented and also linked this site as I began to grow uneasy with the number of people who have similar interactions with this thief She deleted my comment (along with other people's commiseration) I filed a paypal claim because of this loser who has ZERO business accumen and even less ethics. BEWARE
I placed an order on the Vintage Lucy's Facebook page in May 2014 for a dress for my daughter. A PayPal invoice was sent to me immediately, which I in turn paid within minutes of receiving it. Then a couple of weeks went by with no contact from seller. After emailing her numerous times, as she has no phone number to call, she finally emailed me back stating that I should receive my package soon. So after 3 weeks I received my item which was too small and had multiple coffee stains all over it. I again started emailing Tabatha (owner) to ask for an exchange. After NUMEROUS emails she finally responded and said I could exchange the dress and gave me the address to mail my dress to her for the exchange, I sent the dress THAT DAY to the address she provided. 19 more days passed and no word from Tabatha. So, again I start with he emails to check the status of my exchange. Finally she replies telling me that I must have sent the package to an "old address". To which I responded that I had delivery confirmation from the USPS that she actually received my package on June 4th, 2014 at the address that she told me to send the package back to. Then she changed her story and said that she had actually already sent my new dress back to me. Since it had been 19 days, I asked for tracking info. She dodged my emails after that refusing to give me tracking info. Today is 27 days since she received my dress for the exchange and has done nothing but avoid me and try to tell me that it's shipped. She did send me a tracking number a few days ago after I threatened her with the police. However, it is a bogus tracking number to a package that she NEVER gave to the USPS. The USPS has no knowledge of this package that she claims to have sent me. I have since emailed her calling her out on her lies and asked for a refund. Now she doesn't respond to anymore of my emails. I have filed a claim with Paypal as well as my bank. Neither have refunded me yet as they may be having a hard time getting in touch with the thief aka Tabatha. she is a disgusting business woman and shouldn't be allowed to steal from anyone else. Her Facebook page is full of people asking for tracking numbers for their packages that were never received yet she is still taking orders from innocent people who are also going to be robbed. She should be in jail!!!!
