I purchased Hair extensions from this company, the sent me defective hair with insect , i spoke with supplier immediately i recieved hair but he advised me to use cleaning bleach and vinegar to clean hair of which i did but hair got worse at contact with water , it tangles so badly,
I decided that i return the 3remaining bundles of human hair out of the 5bundles i bought, but he promised to send back hair as their company policy does not allow refun.
but its been over a month and i have not received hair and he does not respond to my messeges any more nor take my call.
