To whom this may concern:

Approximate September 1st I bought your Kraken Vapor atomizer from "The Vape Spot" for roughly $160 and a brand new lifestyle mechanical mod to use it with ( also approximately $150), moreover i also purchased brand new batteries.

The reason why i am listing all the items i purchased is to illustrate that i spent over $300 just so that i could use the Vicious Ant product and not run into any problems.

For almost 6 months i had been using a clone Sting Ray as well as a clone Genisis. I would have continued to use the two pieces as they worked perfectly, however i moved away from the store which sold me both the mechanical mod and the atomizer for $100. Therefore when i asked "The Vape Spot" for a rebuild they told me they did not feel comfortable building on it, hence, why I bought an entirely new vaporizer mechanical mod and atomizer with the expectation of getting the best of the best.

I figured, okay, because i am no longer using clone's in the case that i run into any problems i have a higher likely hood of me receiving better customer service and resolve than the store in thousand oaks which sold only cheap parts and clones. Unfortunately, i have had exactly the opposite experience with the Vicious Ant product, and at this point i really wish i never bought anything and drove back to store 2 hours away from me (yes the gas would have been cheaper than what have had to deal with and I never had to go anywhere else). In essence, from my experience, having a clone is far more advantages than your product which cost more than three times the price. The day after i bought the brand new mod and atomizer the lifestyle mod had a problem with the switch that cause my brand new Kraken atmoizer to misfire, overheat, and then have the glass break. Within 30 minutes i returned to The Vape Spot where their employees were more than kind enough to try the best to resolve my problem with the Kraken.

I waited 3 days for the manager of the store to contact any other stores to see if he could find any replacement glass, to no avail the manager said he would be attending ECC and would try to visit the vicious ant booth to solve my problem. Now i was stuck with a clone mod that i knew worked, but the high end stores did not want to touch. So, what was i forced to do? Buy another carton of newport 100's or another atmozier for another $160 (the brand new Kayfun Lite Plus). So i bought the Kayfun. At that point i still really wanted to get the Kraken fixed and had 100% intention of selling the Kayfun.

When the manager of the vape spot, who was kind enough to take my Kraken to ECC returned yesterday, I was informed that Vicious Ant was not even there.

At this point i had to call 10 different vapor stores to see which ones carried your glass. When i found one i was absolutely ecstatic, i was there within 15 minutes and i even bought 2! Now comes the rebuild...it felt good to be excited about having my kraken back

......AND THEN HERE COMES THE SMACK IN THE FACE THAT MADE ME WISH I NEVER BOUGHT IT; THE INSULATOR HAD MELTED. ( and as you could probably guess NOBDOY and i mean NOT A SINGLE STORE could supply me with the correct parts, moreover the Kraken itself couldn't even come with a replacment insulator that probably costs less than a penny to manufacture.

in conclusion, what was once me looking forward to having my brand new Vicious Ant Kraken fixed, and selling this last resort of a Kayfun, has now transpired into me wishing i never bought your product and seeing the Kayfun as a far leading competitor,

This is the first complaint letter I have ever had to write in my life, i truly hope we can resolve this issue without any further headaches.

I request that an insulator be mailed to me ASAP along with any other parts i am more than sure you have had complaints about replacing.
