Had ordered chemicals off the internet. contacted him by email. he gave me instructions on how to pay which states that he would reply by email within 2 hours after he recieved the money with a tracking #. he never replied, contacted him 3 days later by email and he still did not reply. all of the orginal instructions he sent me BEFORE i paid were answered promptly in the morning at 6am central time. the 4 th dayi said that i would file a complaint with the fbi financial crime unit, he replied immediately and said he would not send me the item because of the complaint i was going to file. he doesnt reply by email anymore.
