I run a independent retail location for viaero. When we signed our contract we where not aware that if a customer cancels there contact before it's up we have to pay the commission we make back. Per line commission is small. Not only are we only payed in commissions there are hours of "dead" work to do that include paperwork inventory dealing with customer service things. The "indirect team" are the managers of the independent locations. They constantly call to make sure your selling selling selling. Constant emails urging you to sell. Unless you are selling you are not worth anything. You are expected to cold call people which is again hours of dead work. Their constantly changing how you are supposed to do things which again requires hours of dead work learning how to navigate the new rules. Recently they upgraded their point of sale system requiring everyone to do 16 hours of unpaid training. If you have a question on how to handle something their are ten steps to get where your going when it comes to asking for help. That makes looking for help a pain. Constant training calls are an hour of work again unpaid. Recently viaero started a program called lifeline a program for low income families. We where swamped doing 50+ activations a month. We didn't get paid a dime for the work we did. Hours app on hours of filling out paperwork some days you would sit for 8+ hours unable to leave or take a break. All of this was unpaid. Imagine working all day and being told you get nothing for it. They are are horrible company. Unless you are willing to harass every person around you that you know, they will not like you. Their should be some kind of law against doing so much free work. I have wasted a year at this company.

Viaero Wireless sold "home phone and internet" package that is supposed to have 1 meg internet speed, however the connection speed is never above 236k. Viaero does not warrentee the modem, but did replace it once to no avail. The phone is intermittent and no better than a $10 cell phone from tracfone. Customer Service can't help because the phone and internet do not work at the same time. (A fact they neglected to tell before I signed the contract.) I've been paying for this for over a year now and REALLY been Riped Off by Viaero Wireless.

I have diabetes,gbs, host of others . Take 15 meds t times a day. Needed reliable cell phone. My caregivewho lives 18 miles away got mr Alcatel 6030A i am now on 3rd one (be 4tha couple days from now).Screen very jittery,apps randomly install and uninstall,loww memory warning won'stop, keyboard is extremely loose.have installed facebook and twitter so many times, i cant use my telephone # Viaero is going issue new phone ,buty fear is that i'm going just get another one . I have no idea what to do, but i' m not taking another one of these! PS or whatever: Viaero would not tell Wayne the type of phone they were giving.n
