I ordered a tanning lamp from Verseo.com website after several months of severe cystic acne due to PCOS. Someone recommend I try a facial tanner and because I do not have the option to drive to an actual salon, I thought this would be good. I placed my order on the 13th of February and saw the charge taken, plus received my confirmation email with the billing information. I waited for several horrible days, ashamed of my face and praying this would help. Nothing ever came. I then called Verseo customer service and waited on the phone line almost 20 minutes before giving up and leaving a message for an "agent" to call me back. Another week passed, and still nothing. I emailed their customer service department then. I didn't have any emails or phone calls from the company. I called today, this was a different customer service number (that should have been a red flag if they have different numbers listed on different pages on the web).
After waiting nearly 15 minutes, a woman who never identified herself looks into and tells me they never shipped my product out! I ask her if there was an issue processing, why wasn't I sent an email or a customer service rep call me? She didn't care any about my inconvenience or the fact that it had been several weeks with no updates. She refused to expedite my shipping and get me the product, since it was THEIR error and lack of customer service that caused the issue. I asked to speak to the supervisor and of course this mystery phone rep said she was the supervisor! When I asked her name she told me to have a nice day and hung up in my face. I would never recommend anyone do business with this company.
