I was in Orlando for business and forgot my sunglasses at home. I walked into VERSAI DIGITAL and the salesmen were nice and helped me tremendously. I should have known it was to get my guard down so they could rip me off. I picked out a pair of sunglasses that they had priced at $285, when they sensed my hesitation in the price, they began their scheme in discounts. First, $50 off then because I wear a necklace that says U.S. army another $20 for military. When I ask what the retail price of the glasses were the salesmen Leo told me $285 again. Feeling trusting and helped I made the putchase. Once I got back to my hotel room, I decided to look them up on the Coach website (they conveniently didn't have Wifi in their store) the sunglasses came up at $99, when I called Coach they said they didn't even carry that style anymore (it had been 2 years) the $99 was an eBay price and the original price when they were new was on $169 (remember 2 years prior) I went back to the store where Leo was so understanding (faker) but told me I needed to come back at 5 pm to speak to the manager Mya, I did this! Mya seemed sympathic and was actually going to try to make up the difference with another pair of glasses for my husband, "her partner" came in and said absolutely not. Said there wasn't anything they could do for me but give me a store credit ( I was leaving the next morning) I told them no Thanks because I couldn't trust them with any of the prices on their merchandise. I have to say that I feel stupid and ripped off! I should have known better but these people are good! BEWARE! Don't shop at year stores, they have plenty too...
