I am being charged for 2 months I ever used. The service was suspened by me in December and reactivated in Febuary without my permission. I am also being charged a $60.00 early termination fee for a contract that was fufllied 9 months before the service was deactivated . I am told I am being charged for the line even if i didn't use the service,but the line charge is only $15 dollars. I am being charged the full price i agreed to with my plan which was $80. So ,with what i was owed by Verizon, which was $37. I now owe over $200.00 for service i never asked for and a unfair termination fee.The customer servive claimed that those charges cannot be removed because I was to call in and not use the website to make those changes. I looked throughout the site for that disclaimer. So my final words to the Verizon rep. was.." Verizon wins and I have no choice but to pay or be reported". This was for a jetpack wireless internet.
