I switched to Verizon from Sprint because of the 4G LTD data coverage. As a Sprint customer I had unlimited data however I would still pay attention to my bill and note the amount of data used and told myself that switching to Verizion would be great because I do not use a lot of data and I would like the better coverage. I signed up with a 10 gig data knowing full well I never got close to that amount when I was with Sprint. Nearing the end of my first billing cycle we went over by about 1 gig but at that point I figured it was possible that we could have gone over by 1 measly gigabyte so no big deal. At this point I figured I would raise the data by a couple of gigs to ensure that this would never happen again. I am on month 7 with Verizion and I am now fighting to stay below 30 gigs per month even while using WiFi more than 1/2 of the time, I have no understanding how this is possible and have contacted Verizion about this issue and all they do is try simple trouble shooting and work round the true issue at hand. Previously I was with Sprint for 7 years and switching to Verizion has been nothing short of a colossal mistake, and needless to say I will be crawling back to Sprint as if it were repending to an old girlfriend.
I used to have Comcast the 60 dollars a month internet and phone and slowly but surely 3 months in those lying c* s* raised the rates and bill was coming at 100 a month. I went with verzion which at the time though was good idea but same shit. 60 bucks a month 59.99 phone + Fast Extra Fast superspeed DSL which in other words s* barely could get 500 kbps download speed. I decided I didnt want the internet this was just retarded same price I was getting 20MBs download speed from Comcast ripoffs. I told them to take off internet I just want phone so now they refuse to take they said they gave me special discount when I got both phone and internet so now internet or not is same price. How the f* do these c* s* operate their business. 60 dollars a month for f* phone line. my cell phone bill is half that
Verizion Wirless Customer service scammed me into buying their phone and internet service because the representive that hooked me up with thier service said... That Unlimited PHone and internet will cost about 98.00 dollers a Month... I received my first bill for 207.37... I asked what the why the charge was so high for the first phone bill.... They connected me to a Verizon coustomer service representive to explaine why my first phone bill was so high.... She explained that I was being charged for internet hook up and acces... And that my next phone bill will be at the range of 115.00 dollers.. or so... Then I expleiend to her that the representive that turned my service on including the Jet Pack and internet on my phone would cost me 98.00 a month with unlimited Internet and Unlimited phone service... This is what I signed up for... The operater then explained that I was actually paying for gigabites not unlimited service which the plane stated that I was paying for... She explaied that I had already went over my Gigibites and did I want her to add 10 more dollers to the internet service? I had just been quoted 203.37 of which I owed and was out of internet service before hardly using the internet service!! So sir your phone bill is now 213.37 is this fine with the added gigibites that will drop off next month?... It will not add no extra Gigabites next month the operator expleiend...OH!!! Then I told her but I was quoted that My Phone bill should be around 98 dollers a month.... The operatoer said it should be less next month sir... next mont rolls around my phone bill comes in for 137.27...
I call the coustomer service up and ask why my service is so high compared to what I was quoted to start the service for and was told that it was an unlimited service and unlimited internet??? The Coustomer servie Rep said well its because you added 10 gigibites last month is why you0r phone service is so high.... Next month I went over their usage according to them... so they charged me 64.00 for going over the gigibaites... My bill was 264.34 ..

But I'm going to pay my bill and I log on thinking that my bill will be around 134.00 or so again... but whne I opened my bill it said that I owed 264.34...... I called coustomer service up and vertually scraming at them.. explaied that I payed the 234.64 last month just to hold on to the account and I realize that you charged me data usage overage Last Month But why is the bill so high now??? She expled that well we are charging you Data usage overage for last mont that you went over... I told her LADAY I ALRADY PAYED LAST MONTS BILL AND I DIDN'T EVEN HARDLY USE THE INTERNET THIS MONTH AND THEY ARE CHARGING ME 264.34 AGAIN THIS MONTH FOR DOING NOTHING WRONG!!!! I tolad the woman.... I agreed at the start to pay 98.00 a month.. But since I started this service all you have done is just get over on me for no reason because you can tag it on my credit report..AND YOU THINK THAT I OWE YOU THIS MONEY BECAUSE YOU CAN TELL ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY THE 264.34!!! 131.34 is the lowest this bill has ever been and they lied to me from the start and the bill has been out ragious but now they are going to avrage my bill out for the month at 264.34.
