After ordering 5 bottles of Vasoplexx on 3/26/2015 and not seeing any results in late June 2015, I spoke to Lynn in customer service and said that maybe 1 bottle or 30 day use might not be enough time to see results with meds, supplements, etc. I inquired about the website policy stating only one bottle to be opened to get 100% refund. Lynn stated that that wasn’t true - that more than one bottle could be opened and you can get 100% refund. She allowed me to use more of the product and said I could call again in June (see below). At the time I asked her to verify what she had said with a supervisor and she went to Supv. "Ann" who corroborated with her so I felt it was okay to open another bottle and keep trying before requesting refund.
As I saw no results in growth and only slight in desire from using Vasoplexx, I again called on 6/20/2015 and talked with Spencer who said I was told wrong information from the other two ladies. I asked to speak to a supervisor and spoke to Valerie Gray who said what was on the website was correct. I told her she could listen to the recorded conversation to verify what I was told. She said she would investigate and get back with me later - she didn’t. I told her if I didn't get 100% refund, I'd contact several agencies with my complaint.
On July 8, I returned product of 3 of 5 bottles unopened by USPS, paying shipping/tracking costs of $7.10 I also called and spoke with a Supv. John who said my refund of $119.99 had been sent to Visa on June 27. After receiving my statement on 7/14, I called Visa and they had no record of the company submitting a refund- asking me if I wanted to dispute. I told her I would call again before we disputed. I called and spoke to Cassandra who was of no help, stating a supervisor was not available. I told her it was in their best interest to let me talk to a supervisor or I would be disputing with Visa and notifying other companies for assistance. She stated the money had been refunded to Visa but I could dispute.
