I'm the owner of a Vape shop in Lynnwood and I recently ordered some e-juice from VapPuro. However when I received the products, they were faulty, rusty, eroded, had bad packaging and yet were very expensive. I gave them my honest feedback about the products. The owner instead of looking at products, started to blame the issues on everyone but himself. He stated that the products were Chinese made and I should not expect anything other than poor quality from Chinese products. He said the American manufactures who made the other products were always good and he could not do anything with that manufacture. He also claimed that one of his employees had made a mistake and that he planned to fire them. On top of all this, he openly acknowledged that his products were poor in quality (The exact words they used, was it is Junk) . I spoke with the other owner about returning the products and getting my money back. They said it wouldn't be a problem, then when it came down to actually getting refunded, they refused to refund the $600 I spent on their products and made it very clear that they we not willing to cooperate.
