Upset

Unfortunately when I made my reservations I thought I was on the Opry Site and I was not. According to the seating charts there were great seats on the left side aisle seating.

When I went on the Opry site there were tickets available in the middle section. I called to see if I could get a refund and found out that the tickets are non-refundable. I told the gentlemen I never saw that and he said it is the fine print under terms and conditions. I have not received my tickets or vouchers yet but I do not have a good feeling about this.

I am feeling very uneasy about this, I have waited a long time to go to the Opry, I hope they do not blow it for me or my next review is not going to be very good. I don't know if I would go through this company again or not, have to wait and see.

Did not receive tickets that I had ordered and was told there would be no refund. I purchased (3) three tickets for the Grand Ole Opry April 24, 2015 7:00 pm ahow from Vacations Made Easy. The seating I selected was aisle seating in center section at $182.01. I was e-mailed a confirmation that read Your vouchers (tickets) will be at the will call as per your request, ID #3401063. When we arrived at The Grand Ole Opry Will Call they had no information about our tickets. The young lady with THE Grand Ole Opry was very helpful and asked her supervisor for help, and she came back with a voucher that would get us in. When we wnt in the seats were not what I had ordered, they werre to the far side in the center of the row! I went back to the ticket agent at the Grand Ole Opry and was told there were no tickets available in the center section. I called Vacations Made Easy and was told there I ordered tickets for something like the Show Boat and not for the Grand Ole Opry. I asked for a refund to my credit card and was told that there would be a 75% charge since I had made the order.

We did not use the voucher. I purchased 3 tickets for the April 25, 2015 show at 120.00 @ the Grand Ole Opry ticket office. They were not center section, but they were aisle seating. When I got back to my RV I checked and printed my order, it was for the Grand Opry transpire to him and he said he couldn't see how I could have been told that by a Vacation

I went on line January 30th to obtain a vacation package for Valentines weekend for my husband and myself. I spoke to a rep. by the name of Brittany who then booked a room for 2 days at a hotel with jacuzzi, she at that time told me I had 2 days 48 hours to cancel, never at any time did she state there would be only a refund vocher of 100% for future or only 75% cash refund offered. So I called to cancel spoke to brittany again then she disclosed the terms of cancellation and they also told me "well all of our disclosure are on our website you should have looked up our terms. To say the least Vactations made easy is a RIP OFF and should be shut down!!!!! ASAP this cost me $140.00 (they kept ) they only refunded $420.00. Also I gave her my card# they debited my account 3 times for a total of $560.00. Please Do not Use This Company they are not legit!
