On 31 July 2013, I purchased a Moolala "3 Days, 2 Nights in ANY U.S. City" offer from Vacations Unlimited. As the offer did not expite until 7 June 2014, I was not in a rush to make the reservation.
On 22 November 2013, I submitted my reservation request, for 1-2 February 2014. I received an email indicating that it would take 5-7 business days to process.
On 6 December 2013, I attempted to contact Vacations Unlimited by phone, but the message indicated that they were only accepting questions by email. I sent an email, but have not received a response. I also have not received a substantive response from Moolala for a support request I submitted on 12 December 2013.
