I have been battling with the post office numerous times and they seem as they are not interested in finding my package. I packaged a brand newly bought cellphone worth $800 along with accessories and electronic devices to be shipped to Orange City, FL from Katy TX and was to be sent 3 day priority mail however the package was sent to another state. The package was sent and delivered to Louisville KY and was to be sent to Orange City FL. I have been going back and forth with documentation showing where it went and they still don't want to admit fault they lost my package or sent it to a wrong state. They keep denying my online claim for a second time stating the package was delivered. IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG STATE! They won't pay on my claim. It's getting very frustrating as I have to pay for a phone that THEY lost on my credit card and insurance was useless at this point. I will file a small claims case in court and SOMEONE will be paying for that and lost wages and emotional distress at this point.
My attorneys already got wind of this and are waiting for them to deny my appeal a 3rd time but this is just poor service and unfair.
I have resubmitted the appeal with additional proof of my tracking number showing was delivered to another state however the receipt info has same tracking number but destination was Florida. Let's see what they come up for as excuse to deny me again.
I sent package to China by Priority Mail on 3/10/14. The trackin CJ187290916US showed on the website the delivery attempt was made on 3/21/14. I tried to call customer service 1-800-222-1811 to make an inquries about the package numerous of time without any success. Obviously the USPS service does not work any more the way it used to be working! I do not recommend to use it!
I ordered something from Amazon.com and the seller shipped the item throught UPS Mail Innovations. The item was last processed at the USPS office in Capital Heights MD. I have not heard anything else ever since. Now that it's May 7, 2014, I have not received my item and it's been over a month. I am not sure if it's the seller's fault, AmericaRx is their name. I have read bad reviews of this company. I also think it's USPS' responsibility to ship this item to me. The tracking number is 92748926997576513037695917 on www.ups.com.
