In February, I made my auto loan. I found out later, that it was creditied to an insurance account. I've never taken a USAA insurance policy out. They are now threatening reposession and will not credit the account.
On October-November 2014 all my USAA accounts were frozen. I have called several times, but nobody wants to tell me what has happened. All is "under investigation" until today (10 months and still frozen). The bank continues to maintain frozen my accounts and continues paradoxically sending me by mail my bank statements.
All attempts to call them has been unsuccesfully. On one ocassion one supervisor hang up the phone because my English is not perfect, my first language is Spanish language. They do not offer Spanish Customer Service. All manner to communicate with them is with the provided phone with an error message that reads: For security reasons, your access to usaa.com is currently restricted. Call 1-877-632-3003 for assistance. (10:45004).
It is so frustrating to me, i do not know what to do to recover my money.
USAA is a customer Service night mare. I made a $1,400.00 credit card payment from my USAA checking account to my USAA Credit Card. Needing some credit for a trip I have planned. They debited my USAA Checking account the $1,400.00, but have a 7 day hold on the funds being available on my Credit card. Conversation with them resulted in them saying we understand and can see the money posted to your USAA credit card and came out of your USAA checking acount, but will not release the hold. WHY? everyone can see the payment came out of the account. Worse bank ever.
