How do I start well i brought a machine that has there card reader on it an was told by original owner an by me that it's was being taking over my someone. so here I am going on two week an still no help at all not even a effort. ms bunny didint even feel like I was someone to talk to so she never reply back to be. so now going on two week an still no belp.
Having purchased equipment back in early 2013 from USA Technologies our company could tell that their fees were much higher in cost and their customer service was lacking that of the concern of the customer. Unfortunatley there were not too many other options for the equipment in need, so we moved forward with the purchase of 10 card swipers at over $1000.
Our company no longer had use for their service (they were never used) so we requestfully emailed USA Tech. to close out any recurring charges, we were given an outragous bill for over $500 for service and equipment (that was already paid for) fees. We gladly paid this amount....
Now over 1 year later, USA Tech is contacting us for an additional $300 charge for activation fees, when asked for a bill, they provide a bill with blacked out info, dates, dating back at over a year old and threats of collections.
With paid invoices, closed out account balances in hand, nothing will stop this company to continue to come after you for every nickle and dime possible.
I urge you to reconcider your options when looking into a electronic payment provider, they will continue to scrape any payments from you even after over a year of no business or communication. If you try to call.... you will simply get voice mails or worst get hung up on (I was multiple times) by their very unprofessional staff.
When choosing a payment processor they need to have your best interests in heart, they are handleing your income and profits, don't choose a company that is looking to steal or push you into paying unjustified payments or fees.
