I was told they would show up at 9am They showed up at 8am knowing we would not be ready
They started packing when we did not ask for their help The used buble wrap when it wasn't needed to increase cost,
They arrived early so they could sit in traffic and charge more money They were slow and lazy in moving our possessions to make the move longer
All the wanted was more money They would only take cash or certified funds
