US Merhchant sytems have been my processors for 4 years, I never had a problem with this company, everything was

running smooth. Customer service was always helpful. I had to cancel myaccount because I was moving to Las Vegas and I was closing down my current business. I had plans to process with USMS when I open my new shop in LV, until I had a NASTY HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE with Joseph Hernandez in customer care department. I spoke with a few other employees in customer service they had transfered me to Joseph and that is when I wonder about the company, how much this company acually cares about their merchants? I had asked to cancel my account expalining my situation, I understand that I did sign a contract and I was being thrown a ETF FEE. But I was closing my business? Anyways, it was about $350, he was also trying to sell me a new terminal for my business I felt PRESSURED for a sales pitch, and confused because I just told the guy I am closing my business like 5 times. All he cared about was getting a sale. SO IGNORANT!!! He was very RUDE, HORRIBLE AND DID NOT GIVE A d**n WHAT I AM TRYING TO SAY. His tone was nasty and he was talking to me like I am the dumbest person in the world. I was being very polite, and this is how the company treats me to leave?? F*** THAT!!!

Never in my 10 years of business have I heard a customer care agent speak to me like this. They dont care if you leave, they just want your money and tell you to f*** off, I was very dissapointed and because of this service I am never again PROCESSING WITH US MERCHANT SYSTEMS EVER! This Joseph guy really puts a bad image to the company. If this company really cared about their merchants they would not have some d******** trying to help their people.

The sales representative for U.S. Merchant Systems, Damon Lee was very convincing when he got me to use their services. There contract is proof that what the large print giveth the small print takes away. He explained all my questions away, he crossed out things hand wrote in things to sweeten the deal.

The Customer Service has always been hard to deal with I have complained to them over the years over many things. I was told by Damon Lee that the contract would not be a problem to get out of, not true. I asked them at least 3 times to give me the amout it would cost to get out of this contract a dollar amout.They had Damon call me, never did I get an amout.

Now Joseph Hernandez, who runs their Customer Service Department,will treat you like you are the most ignorant person on earth. I explained to him that I wanted to stop doing business with them and for them to cease & desist from taking any more fees from my banking acount. His response was didn't you read your contract, it automatically renewed in April.I used some very expressive words for him and I am not going to take this crap from this company any more.

Of course when I signed the contract in April, 2011. I trusted the salespersons answers when he gave them to me,regarding the small print in the contract. I informed him that I did not want to be under a contract he informed me that it would be know problem. It dose not state in my contract that it will automatically renew it states subsequently renews, I was under the impression that it would be my decision to renew.

Joseph Hernandez, tells me he wants to help me. It will only cost you $350.00 for us not to do business with you. This is like legal racketeering.
