US Logistics, Inc. are liars and thieves. Starting with their dispatchers to corporate officers. We are a trucking company that were contracted by US Logisics, LLC. to transport a load from MA to CO. our dispatcher advised them the truck broke down they didn’t want to hear that. They lied that the freight was going to trade show and if we don’t’ get it there then there will be a claim.
We told them that they can re power the freight with another company if they need to but we must repair the truck for the safety of our driver and others on the road. 30 Days after we billed our freight charges they claimed that there was a claim for which they could not produce paperwork after we requested it numerous times. Then US Logistics, LLC. claimed that they didn’t get paid for this shipment. When we spoke to Star Freight the third party freight bill Gary shipper said they were paid on time and there is not issue.
Liar’s and thieves we collected our freight charges from Star Freight due to transprotation laws with our name as the carrier on the paperwork. They were clearly in violation of our agreement. I've attached accounting correspondence with copy of the invoice.

3/4 left message explaining if on hold due to claim, we requested the claim paperwork. lb
3/19 *** Mail Demand Letter to the shipper as there is nothing noted on the bill of lading they have no recourse towards the carrier. Per Tony
3/20 left message for a/p letting them know we want payment or will go after shipper. lb
3/20 prepared letter for Yankee Candle. lb
3/20 spoke with claims department, the person who needs to confirm the claim will be back in the office Tuesday. They say the product was headed to a trade show and since we were late the product was returned to the customer because trade show was over. They say we were 2 weeks late, I show it was 6 days. lb
3/26 emailed a/p letting them know they either pay or we go after customer. lb
3/26 Amanda is mailing demand letter to customer (yankee candle) today. lb
4/1 received call from Yankee candle, they paid US Logistics and will get us our $$$. lb
4/2 ck# 21763 being mailed today from Star Freight. Lb
4/06/2015 Received check from Start Freight / Third Party for Yankee Candle.
4/6/2015 Claim closed waived the late fee’s blocked in US Logistics, Inc. not to use on future loads.
