I purchased an Amazon local deal for $49 for a Full HVAC System Air-duct cleaning. I made the first appointment for a weekday between 3-5pm. My husband took off work to be home by 3pm. Around 5:30pm, we received a phone call from the technician asking if he could come after 6pm. We said that was fine. Around 6:30pm, he called back to say his vacuum was broken and we had to reschedule.
We rescheduled the appointment for last night between 3-5pm. Again, my husband left work early to be home by 3pm. At 4:45pm, I starting calling the US Air Solutions office since we had not heard from anyone. I left 3 voicemails before someone called me back. She said she would call the technician and have him call me back within 20 minutes. No one ever called back and no one showed up. That was 2 separate appointments that US Air Solutions did not show up for.
I'm assuming that because I purchased the Amazon local deal that I recieved sub-par service, as I cannot imagine this is how they treat their regular customers. I have already reached out to Amazon for a refund of the $49, since there is no way I am going to try to schedule a 3rd appointment with this company. I highly recommend using another vent cleaning service that is actually dependable and reliable.

I had purchased a $49.00 duct cleaning service through Amazon Local for Phoenix and I was horribly disappointed. I just bought the house and wanted the entire house including the air ducts cleaned before I moved in. I had scheduled the duct cleaning to show at 11:00 am on a Saturday and nobody from US Air Solutions showed up. After waiting 30 minutes for the tech to show up or give me I call, I had to call them and find out what happened.
The girl on the phone said the technician was held up at the appointment before mine and that he will be an hour and a half late.
Ok, even though there was no furniture in the house to sit on, I agreed to wait since my voucher was already paid for in advance and a maid service was already there to clean the wall and appliances. Sears Carpet cleaners were scheduled to show up in the afternoon as the last appoinment since I would have to leave due to the damp carpets.
No air duct tech for over 2 hours... I was told an hour an a half late. When the tech showed up and got started the Sear Carpet cleaning team showed up right on time for their appoinment. They told me they can't do the carpets with the hoses and all from US Air Solutions in their way, but they were kind enough to call their office to reschedule and come back a couple of hours later.
My biggest peeve was after the Sears team left, the US Air Solutions tech says to me, "you should have told me you had other scheduled appointments!" I would have come over before I took my lunch!" He rushed through his work and it was a shoddy job.
He did not change the filter as specified on the voucher as part of the service nor did he look at or clean the dryer duct. When I asked about getting the filter changed, he said, "the filter is fine" and packed up and left.
Now their sales office won't stop calling me since I "did business with them" in the past.
I do not recommend this company to anyone. Not even for a $49.00 deal. The $49.00 is not a deal for the hassle and disappointment you have to put up with.
