This man is a rascal, takes your money does not fulfill his obligation, Two months and still waiting for battery, now waiting for money back. Not worth one star in fact
We emailed Urban Mover via their website in January 2015, looking for a replacement battery for their electric bike. Someone called Keith Chamberlain responded immediately by email. After an exchange of messages to clarify the correct item (he was very responsive), "Keith" asked for the money (over £350!) to be transferred to their bank account. After that, nothing. We sent numerous emails - the phone number goes to voice message - and had no response whatsover. After writing to a home address which we found on the UK Companies Office site, we did receive an email reply from "Keith" in March promising to send the battery. Three months later, still nothing. I now see from a previous report on this site that we are not the only ones to have been taken in.
I first sent for battery pack Feb 2nd, it did not fit the case I had so returned it. At first p2go got trcking wrong but eventually they tried to deliver it to Keith Chamberlain in Cheltenham, he claimed it was not notified of attempt, eventually it got to his premises about three weeks ago. Hw was supposed to fit battery into new casing, it is now three weeks and no sign of battery in new case, further more I am now waiting for money back. I have taken appropriate steps to get money returned. It inow April 2nd as I type this. This man is not to be recommended. Not even worth one star.
Avoid Urban Mover / Keith Chamberlain. Avoid. his buisiness.
