Jason: I live in an apartment building...there is no porch.

Carla V.: Have you had the opportunity to check the delivery location?

Jason: There's no package.

Carla V.: Have you had the opportunity to check with other members in the household?

Jason: In the apartment building?

Jason: Do you know what an apartment building is?

Hi,

On April 18 the 2014 I have scheduled a pick up via UPS.COM website and the service not rendered citing not having a package label

In section 1 SHIPPING LABEL QUESTION (out of 5) it clearly says i can choose either between having a slip or not having a slip. I choose the option of driver bringing the shipping documents as mentioned in their web site.

I have paied 63.88 dollars for a 2nd day air service. The driver refused to pick the package saying you should have a shipping label. But in this option (as a guest sign in) you cannot print a label. When contacted the customer service via phone. They just apologizing and said you lost your money and have to pay again inorder to get the service.They cannot reschedule either.

I am requesting a reschedule or refund for the same.

Appreciating a speedy redressal.
