I ordered a 40' double wide tower from upright scaffold usa and what I received was not even close. I received a narrow base section from uprightscaffoldusa.com. I called and Talked to Barney and was told to just except it and they would have it picked up and the correct order sent to me. It has been over a month and I have had it!
I am going to send the scaffold back to them and ask my credit card company for a refund. Their customer service is terrible.
