We called Unlimited Prepay to see if they had any Huawei phones for sale, that we have ordered in the past. The sales representative said they didn't have any in stock, but they had Galaxy Note 3 5.7 inch in stock. The phones were $465.00. The representative told us they were AT&T model and were GSM unlocked. We decided to order 5 Galaxy Note 3, but when we received the phones they were not the phones we paid for. They sent us 5 knock off, chinese, Galaxy Note 3 Neo instead of the Galaxy Note 3. We had never heard of these phones and on the invoice it clearly said we purchased 5 Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phones, no where on that paper does it say that we ordered cheap chinese copies of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
We called Unlimited and we spoke with the representative who sold us the phones but he couldn't help us so he transfered us to his sales manager Jeremiah Mayer. We explained the situation to Mr. Mayer and he was very rude, unprofessional, and he said that they woluld take the phones back but they would charge us a 20% restocking fee, even though they sent us phones we did not pay for. They said they did not have any Galaxy Note 3 in stock that they advertise the Note 3 Neo, but we did not purchase the phones through an advertisement, we spoke directly with the comany and were lead to believe that they had Note 3. They are obviously trying to scam people into paying huge sums of money for cheap knock offs. The phones they sent us are $299.00 normal price and we are a retail store so why would we pay $465.00 per phone if we knew the phone we are purchasing doesn't cost that much? These people are crooks and please stay as far away as you can from these people. Do not do business with these people. We are taking legal actions against them.
