I used this service because my school recommend the service and I also used it the summer before to ship my boxes. My daughter need to find a place to store her boxes over the summer.
So I called the company twice to make sure that what I payed that same day the $110 was everything and they said yes to me they never mentioned to me at all. That any box of shape or size will cost $60 each. So I went along and took the offer because it was the cheapest one to do!
Then came to take her boxes yet no one told me anything again. My daughter came back from school and she got a phone call from them saying that her debit card was declined and she was shocked because she was wondering why are they trying to take money out of her bank account with other her permission first of all and second of all they should of billed me and then I would pay.
I was very appalled that such company would try to take such money out with out consent of the card holder. My daughter didn't want the service anymore so she asked if she could just get the boxes back but they said that they would only give them back if I payed in full $300.
It was less than 4 days that they took the boxes so I only want to pay for the amount of days it was in storage. Not for the who summer anymore. Especially the way they handled the situation and the Manger was very rude and would not apologize for the inconvience and wouldnt want to come to an understanding with me.
