A nice lady named Sarah called one day and asked if I would be interested in renting our two bedroom time share, and the the Interval International weeks that we have. She introduced herself as working for UNIVERSAL RESORT. We did not plan to travel through the next year. I decided to hear how this would work. I was told that we could earn $1500 per unit. All we had to do was to send them $1200. This was the cost of $300 for each unit we could rent. I would receive $6000 for the rentals. It would take about 3 months. If there were rentals by they they would continue to try to rent for another 3 months. We would get our money back at that time. A contract was sent by email, we "signed it" electronicaly. The money was conveniently pulled from our account. We have not heard anything from them since then. I tried to call the sales person this week and the phone number is out of service. I called the UNIVERSAL RESORT EXPRESS. The auomated answering machine said that the office hours were fromm 11AM to 7PM. " We cannot take your call now. Leave your phone number and a brief message. We will promptly return your call "within 24 hours." I have received no calls. Oviously, we have been duped into losing money to a scam.
