Michael Wallberg is a stone crook who does contract switching and is a complete ripoff. Per email and telephone conversation a quote to ship a vehicle was 825.00 all inclusive to driver etc. He claimed to be this trucking company who has his own drivers not to mention many. His quote of 825.00 required a deposit of $200.00 with the remainder of $625.00 to the driver in cash or money order. He sent me a contract via email that stated exactly what we disgussed via email/telephone conversation, the contract clearing stated a $200.00 deposit and $625.00 in cash or money order to the driver upon delivery of the vehicle. I read the contract in detail and per our conversation it stated exactly what we discussed $200 deposit and $625 to the driver which required me to esign. After esigning the contract a copy of the original contract was suppose to be sent me via email. After reviewing the contract it wasn't the same contract that was esigned by me, it was a totally different contract with my esignature. Unfortunatly I didn't check the reviews prior to giving him my $200.00 but after seeing the contract switch with my esignature it prompted my to check the reviews. Per the reviews he was not only switching the contracts but when the vehicle was picked up and delivered the driver was requesting an amount far above the contract and quote amount. Meaning you wouldn't get your vehicle unless you pay no matter what the contract Michael gave you. I immediately contacted Michael after many, many attempts I finally spoke to Michael requesting the name of the company that would be picking up my vehicle. Once he provide me with the company name I immediately looked this company up via internet contacted the driver to confirm the contract. Once he confirmed the contract order to pick up my vehicle just as the reviews stated the delivery fee would have been $900.00 needless to say he was unawre of the original contract with Michael stating I would only give him $625.00 upon delivery with $200.00 already paid. The driver tried to contact Michael to discuss the contract and negotiate the difference but Michael would never return his call needless to say I had to get another company. I will be reporting this to the Attorney general office and I will get my $200.00 deposit back wether he know it or not. I really hope this crook is stopped.
