On this date May 29,2015 My colleague entered the local UPS hub to retirieve her package. She was told her package was on a truck. THe driver was contacted. Driver stated he had 20 more stops to make - local hub instructed her to: " GO Home , wait for her delivery"
The trip from the hub to her home consisted of elasped time between 5 and 6 1/2 minutes drivng time.-- UPON her arrival there was - AN ..ATTEMPTED DELIVERY NOTICE.
This makes this wirter think:
1.Either those 20 stops were fictious, -
2. THE dirver had already left the notice.
3. THe driver- is bucking for overrtime.
4. THE DRIVER LIED.
Now this package for delivery is a phone:

This sorry excuse for a company destroyed an irreplaceable package of items that belonged to my late grandmother which was destroyed, I believe deliberately, by UPS who proceeded to dispose of the package like common garbage to avoid accepting accountability for their actions. This package was sent to me and I never received it. When I called "customer service" to demand financial restitution for the damage they refused to do anything without a non existent tracking number. They claimed that they couldn't look up the supposed number which is an outright lie and I believe that the shipment was deleted from the system so they wouldn't have to pay. I am currently seeking a lawyer to sue for damages and I am putting negative reviews everywhere I can so that no one will use UPS ever again! The postal service sucks but even they have more competence than these people.
On march 25, 2015 the UPS Driver out of Roanoke, VA in the Old Southwest area placed online he/she delivered a package at 1:58 PM to lmy address. The driver then placed online (Tracking) he/she texted me to tell me it was deliverd. This is FALSE No one at UPS notified me. After 8 calls and 3 promises of returned calls to update me UPS never called back, never followed up and the package is no where to be found according to UPS. I believe the imcompentence of the driver either sent to the wrong address or just didn't do their job.
Time and money have been lost with phone calls and problems.
Because of this I am no longer going to use Amazon/Prime. 150 employees will also be using another service for delivery at my company. UPS will NOT be used for violating and breaking the contract.
The Drivers are Rushing to Fast to Get Thru Their Routes and Do Not even Time to Press a Button for the Door Bell so that someone to come to the door to get the deliveries. You ask for refund and they just laugh at you! Better to use FEDEX for deliveries, UPS SUCKS!!!
Charged for Overnight, Never Delivered I paid extra to have a package delivered next day, then used my UPS MyChoice account to change the delivery address. They tout this as a "value added" service. BS. I made the change within 3 hrs of the original order. But instead of recognizing it, they held the package for over 12 hrs at the distribution center (12 miles away) and never delivered it as promised. Since it was a Friday, they refused to deliver until the following Monday. Interestingly, did almost the exact same thing with a FedEx package the same day, no problems.
In the past 4 weeks we have been fined with an extra $2.00 to $4.00 dollars per shipment by UPS. UPS is now takingour shipments and measuring them, adding and inch to the height then calculating dimentional weight. I ship in a 7x7x12 box. They claim its a 7x7x13 box by random audit. They then multiply 7 x7 x13 then divid by 166 and end up with a dimentional weight of 3.83 pounds rounded up to 4 pounds. Then they fine me for the difference in shipping charges. According to their software there is no costing difference between 12 and 13 inches.WTF!
Now mulitply $2.50 average fine by millions of accounts, weekely and UPS ends up with profits in the 8 figures monthly. It makes me sick that they rule the delivery industry.
I had enrolled my company in the United Parcel Service on line shipping program using Pay Pal as the source of payment. Everything seemed fine but while reviewing my Pay Pal account , I noticed two automatic charges from UPS totalling 236.00. The first one appeared as 105.00 with some customer reference number. I contacted the UPS customer service line and after some dancing I was informed that it was an additional handling charge added to a part I had shipped. The original charge was only 95.00 and they added an additional 105.00! The representative told me that when the package passed through the "laser" it came up with a different dimension. The IRONY is this package was MEASURED and weighed AT the main UPS shipping center by a UPS employee! After some arguement I was refunded the 105.00 to my Pay Pal account and was assured this was not a normal problem. That was on
1/12/2015. Today it happened again for another 121.00. Same situation different package. This one was weighed and measured by a UPS employee at their center , I was charged 101.00 and now I have another 121.00 automatic charge appear on my Pay Pal! UNBELIEVABLE! I can not contact them because it is Saturday , but I am steamed! The moral of the story DO NOT link your pay pal to UPS for automatic payments. Had I not been paying attention these RIP OFF charges would have gone unnoticed. No notice , just hit my account they must think they are the IRS not UPS. I assure you our company will use every other available shipping solution but UPS when possible. Thanks for reading.
On December 29, 2014 I paid for wrapping, boxing, insurance and delivery of 2 Bose speakers to a Dallas TX address. On January 6, 2015, they were delivered in damaged condition. Now UPS is demanding that I should have told the buyer to retain the original packaging and should have had the buyer provide me his phone number, and since I did not, the insurance is void. The packed it, they shipped it, they damaged it, and now they advise me after the fact that the insurance they took my money for is not useful.
I have pictures of the damaged speakers and evidence they arrived damaged, but no one from UPS will accept the evidence as they say they have to see the original packaging. This is nothing less than bait and switch UPS style.
UPS in Ontario California is the worst in the world, Rude and liars.

UPS destroyed a package discarding the contents ( which i am sure they ate) telling me it was destryed in a conveyor belt which is completely their fault not mine or senders YET they wont overnight a replacement ?! I am out products I need this for my health and the moeny to buy local replacements !!? UPS puts me on hold for over 30 minutes fobs off to 3 different people on phone and doesnt help me one bit to replace my items THEY DESTROYED !!! NEVER USE UPS
You pay for 2 day shipping, but UPS can , at their sole discretion, choose to use numerous excuses, so as to not deliver packages. They refuse to refund charges even though they cannot provide the service for which you paid.
Customer service can only apologize, claim they understand, but still won't make any effort to correct their failure. They fail to deliver when their tracking system says it will be, won't let you change the delivery address, and won't allow anyone else pick up your package, even if thier failure to deliver on time, results in you being away when they finally decide to deliver. So we can't get it there on time, we can't give it to another person (even if they bring the ID of the person it is going to), we can't deliver to an address where there will be someone home, we can't make any effort to get it to you before your flight departure 36 HOURS after scheduled delivery.
Their option are
1) miss your flight because we open @9 am and can't get it out to the parking lot @ their hub @ 6am so I can make my flight.
2) TOO BAD if you don't come back from vacation within 5 days we will send it back!
Their script consists of "I'm sorry", "I understand", "No that won't happen", and "I can't do that for you".
NO ONE CAN OR WILL PUT OUT A LITTLE EFFORT TO RIGHT THEIR WRONG.
I recieved one bill a couple months back for $18 from UPS Supply CHAIN Solutions, now I am recieveing another bill for 12.77, just a bill, no explanation as to what it is for. Do they do this to all customers who recieve something shipped to them from overseas?
I was never charged for any overseas shipments until this year. I always thoiught the shipping charges paid covered everything. this looks like a coporate ripoff to me.
You get billed for something you have no control over or were never informed of such charges before they are made.
Lady called me and said she was with UPS and needed an address to deliver a
car and breffcase containing 5.1 Million dollars, then said I would have to go to the UPS store in Tennessee to pick up or I could have delivered to my house for a fee. she said the fee was $95.00 dollare to deliver to Texas. I told her to deliver it and I would pay her $95.00 dollars and she said that I had to pay first and to give her my credit card info and I told her that I would pay when the car and 5.1 Million dollars was delivered so she hung up on me. How she got my name and phone number I don't know but she thinks I'm coming to Jamaka with my men to collect my car and 5.1 Million dollars since I told her where she lives and that she better have it when I get there or I will hurt her real bad. Darn she said sorry and hung up on me. so I guess the scam got scamed back.
