I hired United Car Transport/Jim to transport My trike I had bought from Derbra 71 Hickory Loop Wat Ocala Fl 34472 352-540-8040 to 114 Cantalaloupe Street Lexington 40511 859-396-0637 On April 13th 2015 Completed Job Order Q712549 from the internet seaech engine! Which n my contract as suppose to be picked up on April I3th made arrangements wwith a friend who is a trucker in Port Richey,to go with me. when I flew in ST/Clearwater that morn and meet with Debra at her house to get the paper work finalize before the Trucker pick up the trike! I had talk to Jim at 1888444-6716 ext and he told us he had somone coming from Orlando so we waited! Hours later I call Jim back and he said he had someone coming from Georgia? Jim knew I was on a time frame and was flying back out on Wednesday morning! Then I get a phone call from a trucker saying at 4:30 he was only 30 minutes away and he would be there to pick it up that the address here to pick up and we told him we were waited on him! We waited another hour, I called back again No answer with Jim or the guy 937-361-9030 who as suppose to pick up the trike! The truckers phone went right into voice mail! Ben tried to call both Jim and The trucker from his phone with no luck! we waited till seven and finally had to tell Debra that the trucker who was suppose to get the trike was a NO SHOW! I ask her if I could leave the trike at her house to see if I could make other arrangements! She said yes! I ask her to call me if he did show up later and he did not!
So headed back across to the other side of Fl so I call my debit card number and told them what had happen and he said the 132 as pending and there was nohing they could do until he actually got the money and that would be consider FRAUD! I paid a deposit to have a service done and did not get it! But once he got the money my debit card would file a dispute/fraud against this Company! I had to make arrangements/pay my brother, get a trailer, buy lunch/gas with all involved in my transaction with my brother and cousin to go with me the next day which as 14th Tuesday still no calls from United or any trucker to go get the trike out of Debra's garage! I get back to Lexington Kentucky call My debit card company again and they said the would send a letter to United and file a complaint but no gurantees and it ould take 10 business days! I had to cancel my debit card and a new one sent to me in Lexington Ky! Jim said to day when I called the 15th that I gave the trucker the run around which I did not and have 2 witness that knew what as going on which as another lie! And that I would not get my money/deposit back! I DON'T RECOMMEND this company to any one! United is a Scammer ripping off the Eldery! which I am! And Disabled!
