I would first like to say that your call center staff is comprised of the most inconsiderate, rude, unprofessional and offensive employees I have ever dealt with in my life. You should be ashamed at the level of ignorance shown by the people who work for your company.
I was unfortunately set up with your company for my car loans involuntarily and if I had ANY choice whatsoever to do business with ANY other company in this entire Country or any other, I would terminate my relationship with yours immediately. Your operators are rude, condescending, ignorant, offensive and I only wish your office was located closer to me so I could personally confront the asshole that I last spoke with face to face and see if he would like to give me the same attitude in person as he did over the phone.
The lack of professionalism from every one of your employees that I have dealt with is sickening. I only wish it was legal to take matters into my own hands and deal with each and every one of them myself. Luckily for you and them, I am a well adjusted and productive member of society (which is much more than I can say for the entirety of employees at your company) and I would rather just let karma, and perhaps a less understanding customer in my position, give your operators exactly what they have coming for them.
And judging by the amount of negative reviews from similar incidents I've found online regarding the behavior of your employees, there doesn't seem to be any shortage of irate and unsatisfied customers that will inevitably and eventually take matters into their own hands and handle your employees in a manner in which you obviously are too unqualified to do yourself.
