I completely understand what this company is doing....Lending to bad credit folks.
But, I have paid this car note consistently and on time not missing ONE payment.
It is now September of 2014, and they have not reported any payments since June. Based on the statement I pulled off of my account, I currently have about 6 months left, so I went to a more reputable dealer/finance to see if me paying consistently and never late for the last 24 months did me any good.
The payments I have left do not equal what their "payoff" statement is teling me. Matter of fact its off almost 2000.00
They never answer the phone, and they act as if people that have indeed paid on time are criminals. You didnt think this way when you sold me the car.
Also found out that the car that icars sold me, had been wrecked, and had major damage. None of that is printed anywhere on any docs that I have. Please dont say did u check the carfax, because that is a waste of time and not accurate.
I chose this car and this financing, which I have held up my end of the bargain, but why is my payoff different than what is owed and why havent the credit agencies been reported to? I bet if i had missed any payments, they would have instantly sent that!
Its time to do more about this stuff than write about it on the web! I am contacting every agency I can, including the local news.
