Old no restart

My old no 6465753092 is not working.when lclosd this phone itell I need this no back your courtier service give me question and I give answer then my no is work..

The first time I got to Ultra Mobile, I thought I will be no difficulty about it. In the month of February, my plan should be ended in 24th. A week early before the 24th, one of the customer service representive call and suggest me I should apply for an auto recharge and I will get $5 to my wallet. Before I accept, I ask what if I don't have enough money in my account? He said that I can cancel the auto recharge after I apply. Then i accepted it. He told that I will received a call to get help to set the autorecharge up. After that day, they automatically set up the auto recharge without me. No problem. I logged in to my account and saw my account status. It says I am having an auto recharge so I cancelled the auto recharge by myself before the 24th. At 25th, my account was suspended. The 27th, today, I payed my bill by cash to the agent. At the end of my work I was about to send money to my fiance. I checked my account I noticed that $32.57 from my account. That means pay for my bill twice. I call the customer service representative and told him I pay the bill twice. He said that I didn't cancel the auto recharge and they can't do any refund. He also said that my plan should expire on 26th. So that means everytime I log in to my account online the info shown online is a lie? I ask him I want to talk to the supervisor. He refused. So, my conclusion is why there is company that have a bad machine system that charges money without a reason and a company that makes no refund? I have learn my lesson that I shouldn't be in service with that illegal compan like ultra mobile. There is no company here in USA that makes no refund to customers. But don't worry. I will take that responsibility and endure that torment that I have spent my money on theft who took my money without a permission. I will endure it cause I am a man. And in the future I will make my own business that will be more successful and more ambitious. My business will be your competitor and will win. I will do anything to make my customers happy. And y'all (Ultra Mobile) will lose cause you don't want anything but money. You just left me angry and that can happen to everyone and that is bring you down cause no custumer, no company. Eventually, you will go down soon and that is why I am happy.

I have been an Ultra Mobile customer for about six months now. If you never need customer service and are looking to make affordable international phone calls then this company does offer good rates.

However, I recently had my account flagged for suspicious activity on 08/15/2014 and am prevented from adding payments for international credit. I suspect that this is entirely my fault as I had begun using a VPN which probably did make my account look suspicious. That being said, utilizing customer service was hellish and unhelpful to the point that I would not recommend this service to anyone. To begin with, when searching for their customer service line the only phone number you can find is 1-855-BE-ULTRA which is in fact not a customer service line but a robot that will tell you where the nearest physical store that provides Ultra Mobile service is. In my case, I waited for the store to open and I was able to find out that the actual number is 6-1-1 when called from an Ultra Mobile phone. I spent over an hour speaking to two representatives (Gretch and Raseo as well as a supervisor, Mark) who were trained to carefully and politely tell me that my plan has been ruined forever. In other words, I was told that my account had been flagged for suspicious activity and that it was company policy to not remove these flags for any reason and that there was no supervisor or person who could change this.

I was repeatedly told I could use an online service, Pinzoo, to make payments, however, after asking the supervisor to stay on the line while I attempted to use this method it became clear that I could only use Pinzoo to pay for full payments on my entire internet/phone bill and not to add international calling credit specifically. Mark confirmed that this was the only option. I was also advised to try to make payment by phone call, however, Mark acknowledged that this may not work either. I did make a phone call to refill my card and after entering all the prompts with the robot I was again transferred to a customer service representative who informed me that my account was flagged and wanted to explain reasons why this could happen, but also informed me that she had no way to process a payment and that nothing could be done. Lastly, both Mark and the last representative recommended that I should make all of my additional payments to maintain credit physically at the nearest store (30 miles away from my home and again with no guarantee that my payment will be processed). This is simply not a sustainable option for me and I suspect like all of their other recommendations that it has a high probability of resulting in failure.

I primarily use their service to call my girlfriend who is residing in Africa with the Peace Corps and am missing the chance to speak with her now due to their uncompromising service. After writing this review, I will be researching other cost efficient options for phone service and terminating my service immediately.

Feb, 2013 was when I joined Ultra mobile with the impression that Unlimited talk is Unlimited and $20 credit to call International will be as they stated but after one year of service with them, I was informed that I can only receive $10 credit. Even though, I was upset but I still manage to hang with them. Today June 11th, 2014, my phone got interrupted and my plan will not expired until June 14th.

I gave them a called and I was told that my unlimited talk was abused and over used. I was flabbergasted to hear that unlimited talk is not unlimited that I can pay another $20 to get my phone activated until June 14 to pay another new service plan.

This is America, I turned around and took my phone to Metropcs. Within 15mins, I got my service on with the new company called Metropcs and I got better plan with them.

I called Ultra Mobile to get my $4.07 credit that I paid for International call credit and I was told that since I have left them, I will not get my money back. As a result, I decided to write this review to advice other consumers out there to beware of Ultra Mobile for their misleading and ripoff services.
