This is a scam internet-based weight loss/dietary supplement company that gets you to order a Free Trial and pay $1-$8 only. They say they give you 14 days to cancel the Free Trial. I waited only 2 days before cancelling the trial. On that very same day I got a charge on my card for $89.74. I called again and they said I signed up for a "deferred payment plan" and that I needed to cancel within 14 days to avoid the charge. I tried to explain that 14 days had not yet passed and he, Brandon, wouldn't listen. Apparently there is fine print somewhere that gives them the right to make these charges. I could not find this fine print anywhere. Brandon said he'd ship me another bottle and hung up on me. I filed a claim with my bank and cancelled my card. If and when anything ever arrives in the mail I am definitely not putting it in my body. Knowing how this company operates, it's probably rat poison.
I wish I'd read your review before I was sucked into it. Apparently the "fine print" about the cost is in the Terms and Conditions which timed out on the computer and never showed. There is not only the $89.74 charge after 14 days, but if you bought both products you were also out $79.74 with nothing to show for either but the trial bottles they sent you. BEWARE!
I ordered a sample of face cream on the phone that I saw advertised on Facebook. They said all I'd pay was shipping and Handling. Then they offered me another cream the same way and I said no. I got both creams, very small containers, in the mail yesterday and they charged me $4.95 for each bottle which came in the same envelope. I then got charged $99.40 on my credit card additionally. The envelope came with no return address or invoice in the envelope to return nor a phone to call and cancel these transactions. My credit card states i enrolled in a monthly payment in which I never agreed to. The number I called given to me by my bank has no one answering the phone. They are ripping me off. Bank has blocked their future transactions.
These people charged me over $160 for two bottles of pills! that is outrages on top of that the pills back up my bowls so bad that i thought i might have to be hospitalized!
i could barely walk couldnt sleep or eat for days and in dying pain! then when i came to after dealing with that ..
i see all this money taking out of my account for a membership i never signed up for and from these same pills that just gave me hell!
I wouldnt suggest anyone use these and if u do make sure you call the next day after you order them to cancel the trial so you wont be charged $85.00 for some pills you can get for $25.00
This is one slick and unethical operation. The exact same thing happened to me as the previous commenters ... And the product is not even good. God knows what is in it, considering the shady way that the company operates. It is a shame that the sale of supplements can't somehow be regulated and the providers held accountable.
