I thought that doctor Brown was going to help me with my hormone unbalance. He graduated from medical school in New York so therefore that was appealing to me since I am from the east coast too and the medical schools in the east coast are so much better than the west coast. He claimed that the way that he could really help me was if I bought a package deal with unlimited office visit and treatments for six months. His pakage was for $5,000. From what I am hearing around town some paid up to $10K. So anyways I he took my blood and got my labs which he said was also included.
Problem #1 To make a long story short as possible, after the 3 visit the office manager told me that each visit after that was $220. The package said it was all included she proceeded to tell me yes but only 3 visits. I said no the doctor wrote it in his own hand writting that I have unlimited office visits. She said she was going to talk to him about it. I said "yes you go do that"
Problem #2 He also tried to make me pay for the IV that he was administrating after the second one. I said no he said treatments like IV was included too. After going back and forth they told me that I miss understood. But I know he only wrote down IV's on my package and not an amount. So I let it go and paid another $1,200 for 5 more IV's.
Problem #3 He was not availabl all the times for appointment like he claims or other partners such as the dietian and classes that he said was part of the program. So I told them I would like to swicth some of my classes for IV's so they did.
Problem #4 He closed up shop and went to partner up with someone else in town twenty min. away. He is only in one day out of the week. He never gave notice he just got up and moved. I went to him because he was close to my home. I was not driving that far away for only one day a week. How was I going to get an appoinment when you got all these other patients.
He was having money problems from what his staff told me. I am very good friends with them. He did this package deal because he needed a huge amount of money within a short period of time. He is a scam artist from New York taught from the best. Do not visit him. ANYONE BUT HIM.
