Bought ukash voucher for £50, on the understanding that it is annonymous, when i come to use voucher, it had been blocked by ukash who when contacted have the worst customer service in the world, they might be able to talk english but they cant understand it........basically they ask you to fill out a form online and send it with original voucher and your precious id to a po box that has nobody there to sign for your mail, so can go missing, and no body is accountable.......plus they want to charge you a fee to get back your own money!!!!! grrrrrrrrrrrr,
also they only pay you back by paypal or bank account,.........i thought they mislead me by saying that ukash is annonymous............how can it be when they ask for all your id.....bank statement passport utility bill,
anyway back to the story.......so i callled them up told them i dont have bank account dont have pay pal, dont have id either, ukash is anonymous thats the whole reason i use ukash in the first place..........if i had bank account or pay pal i definetly would (NEVER-EVER) use ukash.........so the advisor starts saying but you must have id, everyone has id, she made me feel like a liar......they more or less said if you dont do as we say then you are not getting your money back..........i felt intimidated and feel like ukash are holding my money to ransom.........imagine if everytime you went the bank and they said yes you can have your money......but you have to pay us a fee first.............WTF...............I would like the fsa to investigate this company and find out how much money ukash is holding back of peoples money they have stolen.........my theory is that they block the code on purpose knowing that they are going to get a fee from you..........they make it as difficult as possible to get your money that in the end you just give up and go away..........ukash have stolen my money and they hide behind a po box that is in london uk.......would you trust a company that could sell your information to nigerian/russian fraudsters......i was brought up to believe that my information was mine only.........ukash are intimidateing me to have a bank acc/pay pal acc and to send something what i do not want or have.......PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IN THE UK............
