My name is Raymond Jxxxxx President and founder of the UBAAATA Corporation I want to make a complaint against Homestead Intuit because i was promised by one of the ladies that worked in customer service for them that my website would be safe and that all i had to do was call back when i was financially able to get it up and running again and they would be more than happy to assist me. well it took me a little longer then i anticipated because i had several issues that i was dealing with all at once including my tax refund be fraudulantly stolen due to identity theft, however: when all was said and done i finally was able to contact homestead Intuit about reopening my website. i was told that it was gone after i was promised by one of customer service reps it wouldn't be harmed. i myself have put in a lot of hard work into that website made a lot of tributes to fallen American soldiers people that have lost really important love ones in thier lives 9/11 and various others not to mention the non-profit organization that iI've put together to try and outreach the communities by providing help with career choices and job placement and also an elderly program all things that made this website essential. i was told that they could not hold a website for that length of time .well i feel like if that was gonna be a problem i should have been either told at the time of the conversation promising me to maintain the website by said customer service rep / or customer service could have sent me a message via email or phone stating that my website service was in danger of being lost forever espesially considering the magnitude of how important this is to what i'm trying to accomplish. i'm very dissatified please help me find a way to make this right...
