I went to the dentist for a filling on September 30th. Spoke with a lady name Maria( seams to be the owner of the clinic).
She told me that she was going to charge me $1200, for a root canal and a crown if I have pain. They did an xray, and did not find any caveties.When the doctor was working on my tooth, I did not feel any pain at all, but he start drilling,and I notice he needed another drill because the one he was using did not worked. when he was looking he grabbed one from under the table with plastic rap on it when he finnished the other doctor maria put a temporary tooth and a week later when I went back I told her that I have pain she told me dont wory and she said take the amoxicelin I had have that for four month now,
the next time went I to see her Itold you what my insurance kick in now can you use it sure the next time when I went to office she said you have to paid me $600 dlls. more I ask her why she said you have insurance we have to charge more I said is not fair and she got upset and she told her secretary do not give him anymore appoiments . I do not want to see him anymore so I left but I called the office several times to know what is going to happen with my crown but they did not enwser me so I went to the office and I talked to the secretary to ask for an appoinment with mrs maria the owner of the clinic the secretary said you come monday at 1.00 PM
I said ok I did but she never want to talk to me anymore I waited 1.15 minutes and she never show up her face so I left so I start looking for a another dentist who did my crown all of the sudden s the secretary start calling me you crown is here she said I said whats wrong with you I got a crown form another dentist because you did not want to see me anymore so I stopped talking to them but when the other dintist put the crown I felt the pain the dentist did several xrays and he found that I have my tooth Infectec so I went to talk the Doctor who did the root canal about the pain and he wore off my other crown instead the one they worked on
so the doctor said its ok I will replace at not cost it was my fault and he did it went he was replacing the crown he ruinded Itold him tha I still have pain and he sent me to an specialist and they found that my root canal was infected and needs to be redone doctor richard airbuckle wants to at no cost but the lady that seems to be the owner no I do not want him here. but I still have the pain and I nfection and she allready charge $ 1.250 dlls to my insurance and I want it back to go with someone to finnis the job because I am afraid that I get really but from that infection
