On 3/5/2015 my account was compromised on that date I was supposed to receive my unemployment so I called to check on the card there was $9 on it I didn't understand because it normally had 250 some dollars on it then it goes into the transaction history. Thunder buddy my money was put on there and that someone had started spending my money on an online account with target.com 2 times then T Mobile I called ReliaCard immediately expressed what was happening with my hardship in that someone had somehow stolen my information. it was very frustrating when they told me that I needed to call these other places to find out how I could get my money back but I did no one would help me. then I called them back being very misleading and how they would help me retrieve my money back they told me that I had to make a complaint with their fraud department or dispute the transactions even though they had not cleared yet. very frustrated I did that and then I was told that I had 10 days to maximum the paper that they sent to me or mail back. then I got my people friendly girl my paper sent to me well and behold if it wasn't sent me on the 13th 2 days before it had to be sent back and it didn't have all the right information so I called them and asked them to please mail me the one with all the transition transactions that I was disputing and 1 like we agreed on phone. then immediately I signed everything and faxed it to them called about 10 times after that just wondering what the heck was going on cuz that's the money that I live off of. at that time they decided to tell me that I had they had not received my fax very rude and unhelpful and then fax my paperwork again to them. at that time I waited 72 hours like they asked before I called back and then I did talk to someone and they told me because I hadn't turned it in within the 10 days I am not qualified to get my money back for up to 90 days. this was absolutely ludicrous I didn't understand I asked them the paperwork again showing that they didn't even send it to me on time and it wasn't my fault. unsympathetic rude they just don't care the funny thing is is that in my report from them originally they let someone else change my address. lies say that I was deaf and can't speak to get access to my account in the first place it's very frustrating. I still haven't received my money back and I don't know what to dohelp if can
