US AIR SOLUTIONS AIR DUCT CLEANING PHONE # 602-488-0163 is a rip off a/c company SCAM SCAM SCAM that advertises on Groupon and amazon for ductwork cleaning and dryer vent cleaning and once they come out to your home they tell you " I don't feel comfortable cleaning your ductwork because you have mold and mildew growing in the ac unit we need to clean that first total will be $389.00" they came back since I was dumb and believed them I paid $300 because he said this is the best he can do + my Groupon of $50
this was supposed to cover
1 full unit cleaning w/ a/c coils, a/c board, blower motor and heat exchange. Also clear primary and secondary drain lines. This was $255
$179 was to cover
1 full system disinfectant fumigation w/mildew and mold control solutions and bacteria treatment with 2 yr warranty guarantee *every 6 month check up*
( word for word on the contract) total price $300 plus already paid Groupon
I have pictures of how bad my unit was (since I had to replace it) exactly 4 mths after they came to my house and cleaned my unit and said I can give you a deal of $300 for everything. They are criminal! The new a/c guys that came to my house to put in the new system asked me when was the last time I had my system serviced because it was filthy I told them just a few months ago they said mam I'm sorry this system hasn't been cleaned in YEARS this is YEARS of build up there is no way your system was just cleaned. It had bird feathers, candy wrappers gunk for days! I just want everyone to know how horrible this company is they advertise a job then come and upsell you for a job they don't even know how to do nor are they qualified (found that out later). I called there phoenix office to complain since apparently they run there office out of Phoenix I asked the girl for a supervisor she puts her on the phone I explained what was going on and she said she will get back to me today. We'll guess what I never heard from anyone today so I called again and go figure they are not available. I asked for the roc# she said they are not required to have one i told her that in my value pak I rec'd a coupon offer for a new system and it came to my address in tucson. She said well I'm sorry about that I cant provide you that information. I will pass this along to my supervisor in the morning.
These guys promised a 2 year service agreement with a check up every 6 mths mind you this was $179 and they aren't qualified to even do the check ups only there phx people are BUT THEY ARE SETTING UP AGREEMENTS HERE IN TUCSON AND NOT SENDING ANYONE DOWN FROM PHX THAT IS QUALIFIED to do the job! !!
