You’ve no doubt heard the phrase “preponderance of the evidence” with regard to civil lawsuits taken to trial. Keeping that phrase in mind…
With regard to the rapidly developing case involving ObamaCare architect Jonathan Gruber, the trickery and deception surrounding the design and passage of the health care law, and the Obama administration’s complicity in what appears to have been serious and concerted efforts to fool the American public, the preponderance of the evidence is pointing to the direct involvement of the President of the United States in a purposeful fraud.

With yet another Gruber video now front and center in what is quickly becoming a scandal — and with this latest video put into context with previous revelations made by the MIT economist and ObamaCare consultant — it will likely be increasingly hard for the White House to steer clear of the exploding controversy.
Thanks to an investigative report at thegatewaypundit.com, we learn that Jonathan Gruber — widely acknowledged to have played a key role in helping to develop the Democrat-driven bill that became ObamaCare — attended a significant White House meeting at which President Obama was present.
The article cites a “smoking gun” transcript of a “Frontline” interview from PBS in which Gruber confirms that Obama was in the room and fully engaged in the discussion when the important “Cadillac tax” deception was crafted.
Via thegatewaypundit.com, here are selected excerpts from Jonathan Gruber’s June 2012 TV interview for the PBS program — note that Gruber says Obama was present, engaged, and “very interested” in how to fool the Congressional Budget Office whose blessing the bill badly needed:

“So we had a meeting in the Oval Office with several experts, including myself, on what can we do to get credible savings on cost control that the Congressional Budget Office would recognize and score as savings in this law.
And that was a meeting — it was very exciting, once again, because the economists in the room all said the number one thing you need to do is you need to take on the tax subsidy to employer-sponsored insurance.
Now, the problem is, it’s a political nightmare, … and people say, “No, you can’t tax my benefits.” So what we did a lot in that room was talk about, well, how could we make this work?
And Obama was like, “Well, you know” — I mean, he is really a realistic guy. He is like, “Look, I can’t just do this.” He said: “It is just not going to happen politically. The bill will not pass. How do we manage to get there through phases and other things?” And we talked about it. And he was just very interested in that topic.”
Recognizing that the incriminating Gruber videos — being surfaced now one after another in rapid succession — are actually starting to get critical attention in the mainstream media, the Obama White House is trying to distance itself from the talkative ObamaCare architect.
But Official White House visitor logs make that distancing effort difficult, as the Daily Caller points out:
President Obama personally crafted a major ObamaCare deception with Jonathan Gruber at one of Gruber’s numerous White House meetings.
Gruber attended five of the 12 White House meetings with top experts to design Obamacare in 2009, according to a 2011 transcript of an MSNBC program that Gruber appeared on.
Given the “preponderance of the evidence” thus far — and the distinct prospect that even more incriminating Gruber videos will surface — it will likely be increasingly difficult for the Obama White House to credibly claim that the president’s signature legislative accomplishment was passed with any semblance of true transparency or integrity.

usually things i buy between 1-5am dont end up being great but i must say that buying a plasma samsung on an impulse was a pretty good decision on my part. whole family loves it and was very happy with the quickness of the delivery. online purchase and delivered 5 days later. simple.
I ordered above T.V. as they were saying in stock and will be shipped in 1 or 2 business days. the confirmation says we are reviewing the order. This is branded product does not take this long with Credit card. Then I called after two days and price went up from $4997.00 to $5097.00 . I called them again and they say they don't have in stock and don't know when they will get it. There web sight is not changed even after three days. now they say they have more expensive Samsung (same product) with FM at the end. And it will cost another $500. i.s. $5597. he said he has three units and can send me right away. FM represents Panel made by Samsung as I was told. Then I went on websight of Samsung and they said all Panels for UN78 HU9000 are made by Samsung. And when panel is made by Samsung then FM is printed on all models.
As of now the wrongful marketing tactics and lower price only for advertising continues. In this day and age if reputation is bad no one should buy from them . Bait and switch tactics should be reported to attorny general of New York.

ordered a new tv for my hubby who just came back from his tour of duty and he loved the present. tvsuperstores shipped exactly what i ordered and came right in time. tx
i had a great experience. low pricing, quick answer for calls and scheduled a pickup even though i gave them a hard time with the time and day i was available to sign for it. tv comes by truck because 78" tv cant be shipped ups/fedex etc.. truck backed up on my lawn but i guess it needed work anyways. truckers even brought it in and helped me set it up.
This is a bait and switch scam. Don't get suckered by numerous silly positives reviews, they are simply not true.
I wish there were some honest reviews confirming this company was a waste of time and nothing more than an up-selling scam. Too many of the positive reviews are written by employees, family or friends. I also found that the so-called store owner (Patrick) is very motivated to promise money or items in return for positive feedback. He even wanted my ID and password, so he could write it himself.
It was nothing but a nightmare with this company. When I attempted to cancel my order, the orders department rep. kept putting me on 15-minute plus holds or just hanging up when I'd say, "yes I'm still here". Like I said - nightmare!
The savings aren't true but I had to try because they were tempting. Now I know it was too good to be true and only hope I can save the next person from being scammed!

Thank you for shopping at tvsuperstores.com
12 hours later receive I receive an email that the order is under investigation and I need to call. So I call and they try to upsell me on a newer version for $300 more. I decline. Im told my order will be shipped.
Fast forward a week. Still no tracking number. I start calling their 866-546-4602 number. Disconnected. I send email. No response. I start trying to track down the company.
140 58th street- Brooklyn Army Terminal & Doc
Brooklyn, NY 11220
718-975-4933
I send an email saying callme back or I will file a report with FBI for interstate wirefraud and cancel charge with Visa. 30minutes later I get a phone call from the 718 number saying they sent me an email "days ago" telling me the TV was back ordered, that they havent charged my card and they say this all over their website. He asks if I want my order canceled. I tell him he betetr keep the order since Ill be filing charges with the FBI. 30 second later I get an email telling me the TV is back ordered. 30 seconds after that I get an email saying my order was canceled.
AVOID THIS COMPANY! RUN, do not walk in the other direction. SCAM! FRAUD!
I have same experiences, I placed the order in their website and received order ID, since then i didn't heard back, I tried to call tvsuperstores,com- 866-546-4602, I received the dead air, I cannot reach them , I sent a few emails , but no response, I am worried about that they purposed to collect all customer personal information and credit card, This is a scam comapny, be careful and because this, I filed a credit protection , in case they sell my personal information.
This is a scam, buyer be were! As soon as you order, you'll receive an email with a message to contact them. When you contact the orders department, they will tell you that the panel is obsolete on this brand new $3000 Sony XBR-70X850B 4K TV that's listed on the Sony website for $999.00 more. When I questioned this, they said the UH01 Sony panel is discontinued, so there's only a 30-day warranty instead of 1-year??? I called Sony, who had no idea what TVSuperstores was talking about when referring to an LCD Panel Lottery that this sales scams refers. They will attempt to mark up the purchase with shady tactics like extra insurance, selling you a higher-end Sony model TV with the newer TS01 LCD panel (when that model doesn't exist) or selling their extended warranty for a huge premium. That's how they make money with the up-sale tactics! How do you not have the TV that you're advertising as the Deal of the Day??? Bottom Line is that you are looking at a nightmare and would be better served looking elsewhere. If it sounds too good to be true, it normally is!!!
I purchased a large screen tv through the internet and was contacted by the salesman saying the advertised model was over four years old. He then stated he could upgrade me to a new and better model for three hundred dillars more. He would also include free shipping, a wall mount and a cable for free. I upgraded as it was still a good deal.
I waited two weeks and then called the customer service line to see where my tv was. I was told after three days of calls it was lost in shipment. I was then told a new one would be shipped express immediately and I should call the next day for a mtracking number. I called the next day and was told it wasn't yet available to call the next day. I called the next day and was told the tv was still in the warehouse waiting to be picked up and a number would be available the next day. I called back the next day and was told , very rudely , that it was not available and they were doing the best they could and they hung up. I should state the same person answered the phone and did all these transactions.
It is now almost three weeks later and still no tv, no answers from emails or phone calls and my only recourse is to go through my credit card to get my money back
These people are scammers. Bait and switch company. They advertise and promise one thing and they try to sell you another item with a higher price. Do not go near this company. They took my credit car and other personal information, while knowing that they do not have the tv that i ordered.
Don't waste your time. They tried to sell me a 2015 TV in December 2015 and then tell me the TV would be without a warranty because the 2016 models were coming out.... Unethical and borderline criminal.
The TV Superstores Rep talked me out of the Sharp Quattron TV I wanted to order, up-selling me a model that was "Video Optimized" with a higher resolution , stating that the model I originally wanted only came with a 90-Day Warranty because it was "discontinued". Fast forward, and what I received was a REFURBISHED TV, with a very serious screen error. Before I even realized there was a problem, I called them back to complain that the SPECs on the set didn't match what they had promised, and the model number didn't match, either, and so they refunded the "up-charge" for this phantom model. Then, when I realized the set was faulty, I was left to deal with the manufacturer, who confirmed it was REFURBISHED. This store sold a REFURBISHED unit as NEW, and misrepresented the specifications of what they sold me. MINUS FIVE is the correct rating. Be very wary of a store whose phone answering system won't let you leave a message, after hours, and one with limited hours of availability.
I orderded online first with TV superstore as the price for the product offered was unbeatable. When I placed the order I was called by Patrick to let me know the TV I was ordering was not what I thought it was, but he could get the good one for more money, So I upgraded the price I was paying. We confirmed payment and I was told the merchandise would arrive in 5-7 buisness days. The Sound Bar and DVD arrived just over 8 days after I ordered, late. I attempted to contact the company to see where the TV by email first with zero response. My first phone call resulted in me being lied to by Patrick, who told me the trucking company had a breakdown and he had to switch companies. Later, 2 weeks, when the original trucking company called me to let me know they lost the TV, I realized Patrick was lying, he had never attempted to locate the TV or switch companies as he had told me dishonestly. I called week after week for a month in total. NO TV. I was bummed with the company at this point and began researching the DVD they sent me, BD-H5900 and was surprised to see it offered for $80 when they had told me I was to get the best and charged me $299 for a completely different model I did not recieve. NExt, I began researching the sound Bar they had charged me $699 for, and realized Samsung was offering a rebate at the time of purchase for $400 off of the sounbar which TV Superstore did not honor. Obviously upset and within 30 days, I asked to cancel the TV and return all the scandelous merchandise I had recieved. With all the dishonesty, I began to doubt the quality of the merchandise I had ordered and asked to cancel the TV and send back the items. No one from the company will respond or give me an RMA number. I have spoke to Patrick three times where he promises me an RMA number by the end of the day. They are nothing but liars here, I wish I had never believed in their too good to be true pricing.

"Purchased" Samsung UHD 4K HU 8550 TV from them. Recieved confirmation Email. Said it was declined and needed my authorization. I called them.
They told me that TV wasnt manufactured by Samsung any longer. However a "newer, upgraded one was available." They told me that the model was UN75HU8550FV. It would only be 850 more with a factory rebate.
I said ok. I bought it.
I then did an internet search on that model. Couldnt find it. Called Samsung. They said it didnt exist.
I called my bank to reverse the charges.
Dont make the mistake. Stay away from these people.

Given the “preponderance of the evidence” thus far — and the distinct prospect that even more incriminating Gruber videos will surface — it will likely be increasingly difficult for the Obama White House to credibly claim that the president’s signature legislative accomplishment was passed with any semblance of true transparency or integrity.

birthday present come true
had birthday present delivered to myself. 65" samsung... all good
thank you
everything went according to plan. no surprises
Best tv for best price
Ordered a samsung un78hu9000 tvsuperstores was by far the cheapest online with great service love my new television thanks Jerry!
samsung UN78HU9000
Bait and switch tactics should be reported to attorny general of New York.

good experience. truck went on my grass
i had a great experience. low pricing, quick answer for calls and scheduled a pickup even though i gave them a hard time with the time and day i was available to sign for it. tv comes by truck because 78" tv cant be shipped ups/fedex etc.. truck backed up on my lawn but i guess it needed work anyways. truckers even brought it in and helped me set it up.
Really
Get ready for the bait and switch because that's what this scam company is!
Don't believe the silly positives reviews for a minute. They are simply not true or real reviews!
If it sounds to good to be true, it is - don't waste your time with this scam!!!
Don't Waste Your Time
This is a bait and switch scam.
Good
Great service

ObamaCare Scandle
You’ve no doubt heard the phrase “preponderance of the evidence” with regard to civil lawsuits taken to trial. Keeping that phrase in mind…
With regard to the rapidly developing case involving ObamaCare architect Jonathan Gruber, the trickery and deception surrounding the design and passage of the health care law, and the Obama administration’s complicity in what appears to have been serious and concerted efforts to fool the American public, the preponderance of the evidence is pointing to the direct involvement of the President of the United States in a purposeful fraud.
Advertisement-content continues below
Advertisement-content continues below
You can watch a key part of the Jonathan Gruber “Frontline” interview by clicking on the video above.

Scam comapny-tvsuperstores.com
I have same experiences, I placed the order in their website and received order ID, since then i didn't heard back, I tried to call tvsuperstores,com- 866-546-4602, I received the dead air, I cannot reach them , I sent a few emails , but no response, I am worried about that they purposed to collect all customer personal information and credit card, This is a scam comapny, be careful and because this, I filed a credit protection , in case they sell my personal information.
No warranty !
I called asking about warranty and they hung up on me. Called back and was told there is no warranty.
You do the math!
This is a SCAM!
Scam
Don't waste your time. They tried to sell me a 2015 TV in December 2015 and then tell me the TV would be without a warranty because the 2016 models were coming out.... Unethical and borderline criminal.
TV Superstores SUCKS
