I simply wanted to purchase a Coach bag and a package of three bras from Tumbledeal. Upon receipt of the Coach bag, it appeared to be a complete counterfeit, the bras where indicated as "sheer, no padding". Upon receipt, not the case! I contacted the rep. At TUMBLEDEAL, he was pleasant and walked me through printed out UPS labels , took the products to be shipped, they received my package, but alas, no credit back to my credit card. I got a store credit. Today I tried to use the credit, I had more than enough to complete the transaction......upon "trying" to check out, the tumbledeal system indicated that my credit, which they reimbursed me with, was declined! I am so bothered by these people I could pinch their tiny little heads off! I succumbed to their way of using a store credit, as in not being returned to my credit card, I bid on a purse, and as mentioned, didn't happen. This company needs despertly to be shut down and give the money back to all that where wronged! I usually go with the flow, but this syster company has completely pissed be off, yes, that's what I said! So what now.....is this just to vent or will there be action taken? I am appalled by the actions of a company online that has only been in business since August, 2014.They also operate under www.quibids.com and they emailed me as a potential customer.
I reviewed the things they had for sale, but was suspect because the THOMAS KINKADE ARTWORK was not allowed to be published copies of limited edition canvases. bEFORE i decided to purchase, I asked Zach Walker, their compliance manager if these were signed and numbered ARTWORKS of Kinkades, and not only did he say yes, he also said that he was getting these straight from the FAMILY OF THE ARTIST.
LIES, LIES, LIES. I know have 6,000 on credit cards for items that were returned at great expense and time, and this tumbledeal.com company doesn't return calls, nor do they answer the credit card companies, and this is after ove 40 plus days.
After I googled them they also have knowingly sold MICHAEL KORS and other designer merchandise.
They lie right to your face on the phone and they don't answer emails, and the manager told me not to call the credit card company, that they would take care of it immediately.
On Feb. 01, 2015 I gave them a detailed email of the purchases that were returned, and they also charged my account for
4 items that they never SENT. right before they removed my account from the internet.
This company is also QUIBIDS which looks for suckers as well. Do not do business with them.
Electric Toothbrush Dog Ped Grey Towels are also additional items before I filed a complaint about forgeries that have been charged by them onto my credit cards.
