Purchased off their EBay store. At first they were kind, helpful. When I received the crated up damaged unit I called Sam, i.e., Hoang Ho and told him of all the damage to the Odes Dominator 800.
He insisted I open the crate and assemble the unit. I pleaded with him the unit was so badly damaged I did not want it and for them to come and pick it up. You see, as a dealer of Odes, TTL Powersports is to receive, assemble and inspect units prior to sales to validate the manufactures warranty.
As TTL had the unit shipped from Odes in California directly to my home un inspected, not assembled there is no warranty.
The unit arrived with the metal crate broken down on top of the center console damaging it beyond repair.
The fuel injected air intake manifold air cleaner is damaged requiring replacement. The seats came torn and old style, the brake pedal bent from roll bar. Roll bar bent, misaligned and bolt holes did not line up to fasten.
All four shocks are scraped and damaged with torn covers, one wheel was scraped up, bed bent and paint scraped off, roll bar paint scraped off, lug bolts broken, three each. Front axels misaligned, broken side covers, holes for mud flaps don't align for assembly. Oil leaking from rear transaxle mating surface.
The frame is bent by one inch from one side to the other with all four wheels mounted and same air pressure. The picture of rear side after assembly see how crooked it is you would never own it. The engine runs, but with so much vibration it will shake you and the machine to pieces.
When the unit arrived and I refused to assembly it, Sam insisted that they would replace all broken parts. But how are they going to replace the bent and broken frame, engine, electric rear dumping box, gear box/transmission along with all the rest of the body parts?
TTL will not refund or replace the unit. It is worthless to repair at this time. I live in Nebraska 12 hours from Oklahoma City and they will not travel up with a new unit. They want me to dive the 1500 miles round trip for $200 of compensation. Heck, I can't drive $.075 cents a mile pulling a trailer? How about you?
The unit was sent with out a rear bumper, hood, lights and no title. I finally received a title and the hood, but what good are they when the unit is not safe to ride in and will shake your brains out? T
TL has received some sort of warranty claim from the MFG., but will not tell me what they received! I have called Odes in CA, and talked to the warranty department and they say a warranty was given but won't tell me what it was.
So right now I am stuck with a broken unit, out $8895.00 and feel I have been SCAMED. Sure Sam and Tim at TTL are trying, but they need to replace the entire unit with a new one, assembled, inspected and has a warranty.
