I have been in and out of court for the past several years with Karen Eastwood. My story goes back to 2007 when I did a road show for sunsetter awnings at my local costsco and was never paid. I finally filed a case with the labor board back in 2011 for the $690 that was owed to me plus waiting time penalties. I subsequently won my case and of course she failed to pay again. A judgement was entered in superior court in the amount of $4,756. It is now 2014 ...Seven years later!!! And we are going back to court because she still hasn't paid me! Now she owes me $6500 because of interest that had accrued on this debt. She recently sent a check for $1000 as a settlement offer. Heck no! After all these years? I need what is owed. She is harassing and threatening to sue me for $10,000 for no reason!She claims I'm a scam artist however she has failed to pay off numerous employees and continues unabated. She is callous, mean, and deceptive. I hope that anyone who chooses to do business with her does their research.

THE AGREED PAYOUT DATE FOR WORK WAS MAY 8TH. I NEVER RECEIVED PAYMENT.
I CALLED TODAY, MAY 19, TO INQUIRE REGARDING MY PAYMENT.
KAREN EASTWOORD THE COMPANY'S OWNER ANSWERED THE PHONE. KAREN TOLD ME BLUNTLY NOT TO CALL AGAIN AND THAT I GET PAYMENT WHEN I GET PAYMENT.
NOT ONLY WAS KAREN UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE BUT SHE REFUSES TO PAY ME FOR WORK RENDERRED.
