This company's website says that you can get a free trial if you pay for shipping. what it doesnt say is that they will charge you $97 for this free product and that they will continue to charge each month. They will tell you that you clicked the box and agreed to this. This is false advertising at its best. Beware! I am out the $200 and the shipping. If this is such a great product then why not tell me up front that you have me on an autoship program and clearly how much my card will be charged and send me clear, easy to read receipts with shipment reminders. Why? because it is a rip off. they just want your money and do not believe in their own product apparently. My advice? Wait till a reputable company comes out with a product and that they are fully disclosed in clear, easy to find text up front!!!
I ,too, was lured by the free 30 day trial. After being charged two amount for shipping (the original amount on add plus an additional one) I was floored to see the $97 charge billed automatically. I did not see this when I ordered the trial. While the 30 day trial is on the add, you actually have 14 days to accept or cancel. Would that not be a 2 week trial? This company has an interesting way of not only enforcing the trail period but adding the auto billing what seemed like after the order was done. Lesson learned. I agree, they should be more clear with the trial period. Either 30 days or 14. Shame on them!
