We returned 2 sets of within the 60 days and they credited me back $200 less than I should have received becasue they said "things were missing from the kit" This is completely innaccurate and a down right failure on their part to receive the return correctly. When we called they could not tell me what was included or not included, only that it was short. This after having to argue with them over the phone for 30 minutes to get the RMA to return it in the first place. Say No! to No!No! and save yourself the hassle of dealing with unethical compainies like them!
I set up an order on this company's website. The payment processed on my card but an error message occurred during the transaction. I contacted the customer service department immediately and they indicated there was nothing they could do as the order would likely take 24 hours to enter in their system. I called back the next day and there was still no order registered. The representative would not let me speak to a supervisor but gave me an email address to contact. She indicated that the supervisor would contact me within 48 hours. No such luck.
At the time I sent an email another charge reserved on my account. In the time since I sent the email the first charge has posted in my account. Yet according to customer service I have no order.
So, two phone calls, one email to the supervisor and an contact request on their website has yet to show any resolution. They are not even contacting me. I would not be surprised to see more charges coming out. Perhaps I am paying for other customers orders?
It is funny that to them I do not exist but my money has certainly gone to them.
