Clicked on unsolicited ad from a company and ended up at this company's website. A page full of non-stop ads, all sending me to more ads was very confusing, but I thought I ordered a month trial (with a free month added) based on the data on the website, for just shipping and handling of $4.95.
Got a shipment in shortly after the visit to the website, and tried the product. It caused an allergic reaction which made my hand, wrist, lips and tongue tingle within about 4 minutes of application, followed by a dull headache and blurry eyes.
We received no other shipments of the product.
Wife called credit card company to dispute charges when she noticed charges from two companies of almost the same amount.
Next month another charge was made, so we called the company. A very obstinate woman, Debra, offered a 50% discount on the product we were supposed to have received in the mail this month, and a replacement for the product last month. We told her we wanted a refund on our credit card. She said they don't give refunds.
We informed her we did not get the two shipments and she said to contact the post office since their tracking numbers indicated they were delivered, and offered to re-send the earlier order.
Debra was VERY s****.>
The deceptive ads this company uses are a violation of good will and trust. In my opinion, they appear to be perpetuating a scam operation, or "bait and switch," both undesirable.
We would recommend extreme caution if you go to this site, and especially if you buy the product...it may cause a similar reaction in your body.
